inkin.space is free software offered as-is. These terms keep expectations clear.

1. Acceptance
By using inkin.space you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The service
inkin.space is a free, browser-based drawing application. It runs entirely on your device and stores drawings in your browser's local storage. No account is required and no fee is charged.
3. Your content
You own everything you draw. We claim no licence over your drawings, because we never receive them. You are responsible for keeping your own backups — export a JSON, PNG or SVG file for anything you want to keep long-term.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to:
- Create content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others
- Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the hosting infrastructure
- Redistribute the app as your own product without permission
5. Data loss
Because storage is local to your browser, drawings can be lost if you clear site data, use private browsing, change devices, or hit a storage quota. We are not liable for lost drawings. Please export work you care about.
6. Availability
The app is provided free of charge and without any uptime guarantee. It may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.
7. No warranty
inkin.space is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ragasave Labs and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
9. Intellectual property
The app's code, name, logo and visual design belong to Ragasave Labs. Your drawings belong to you.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
